Nanette Broadbelt., M.Ed., OCT
Hi, I’m Nanette, founder of ThinkPlay™ an educator, curriculum creator, and advocate for joyful, brain-based learning.
My journey began at home, as a mom to three children two of whom struggled to feel successful in traditional classrooms. That experience changed everything. It led me to study the brain, reimagine how children learn, and create an approach that meets kids where they are.
ThinkPlay™ blends structure and joy, helping children build strong foundations in reading and math through movement, sound, and connection. It’s not just about lessons it’s about confidence, curiosity, and growth that lasts a lifetime.
Whether you’re a parent, teacher, or school looking for tools that truly make a difference, I’d be honoured to support your journey. With ThinkPlay™, every child has a chance to feel smart, capable, and ready to shine.
Let’s help your child build the confidence and skills they need to thrive.

Purpose for creating ThinkPlay
Not Just a Program. A Pathway for the Mind and Body.
We’ve seen what happens when a child lights up with understanding especially after struggling to feel smart.
ThinkPlay isn’t about worksheets or phonics charts. It’s about activating the brain, building deep skills, and helping children feel capable, joyful, and connected to their learning. Our routines blend the best of Orton-Gillingham structure, Brain Gym movement, and multisensory engagement to make every moment count.
We believe in auditory-first instruction, visual-spatial development, and culturally respectful, confidence-building experiences. No fluff. No noise. Just powerful, research-aligned strategies that help children thrive.
