Inside a Brain Boost Session: What Parents Can Expect

Each 45-minute Brain Boost session is carefully structured to engage the whole brain:
Welcome & Warm-Up – Brain Gym movements to activate both hemispheres.
Focus Game – Listening or memory activity to train attention.
Core Boost – Main brain-based activity targeting processing, coordination, or sequencing.
Reflection – Affirmation, calm breathing, and discussion about effort.
We focus on building confidence, attention, and cognitive strength not academic pressure. Every session is filled with laughter, movement, and purpose.
